Returns & Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily return it to us for a refund, minus the return fee. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Make a Return:
- Notify us of your return via email.
- We will send you instructions via email.
- Remember, you must return the items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- You will receive your refund no later than 30 days after we receive the return.
Please note that as a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that returned items reach us safely. Keep the package's tracking ID when sending it from your local post office and request a receipt.
The return shipping cost is automatically deducted from your refund amount. If you wish to return the entire order and cancel your purchase, you must contact customer service within 45 days of ordering and inform them that you wish to cancel the purchase. In such cases, you will also be refunded the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase, provided you chose the cheapest delivery option. The return shipping cost must always be paid upon return, even if you cancel. If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, you must change the due date yourself on Klarna.no or contact Klarna by phone at 21 01 89 91.
If your item is damaged, if you did not receive a return label, or if you have other questions, you can always contact us through our customer service portal.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, you must return the item following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired product. Once we process your return, you will receive a refund, minus the return shipping fee. See the return terms and return shipping costs above.
If you used a discount code, bulk discount, or similar at the time of purchase, contact customer service to receive compensation so that you can place a new order.
30-Day Right of Withdrawal
When you shop with us, you have the right to open and try out your item. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products. A fee may also apply if the item is returned in a damaged condition. Read more about this below.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return the item for a refund. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, we offer a 30-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the package.
Hygiene Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that cannot be resold due to health or hygiene reasons. This includes breast pumps, baby formula machines, cosmetic products, underwear, etc. The right of withdrawal also does not apply to products with limited shelf life or those classified as perishables. However, an exception is made for the return of nursing bras if the bra has been tried with nursing pads.
When returning nursing bras, UV clothing, and swimwear, please return the item in its original packaging and in unchanged condition. This means the item must be unused, and any tags and seals must still be attached. If the original packaging is damaged or destroyed, there will be a reduction in value, assessed individually.
Items in Damaged Condition
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its features and functions, we reserve the right to apply a price reduction equivalent to the decrease in value caused by the handling of the item. The decrease in value is assessed individually. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is not returned in unchanged condition, contact customer service immediately to assess whether the return can be accepted. If the original packaging is missing, there will be a reduction in value, assessed individually. You have 60 days from the purchase date to take advantage of this option.
365-Day Open Return with Unbroken Packaging
As a customer with us, you have a 365-day open return policy on items with unbroken packaging. The packaging must not be damaged or broken in any way. If the item does not have packaging but was delivered loosely in a package, all tags, stickers, labels, etc., must still be attached to the item. The item must be returned in unchanged condition and must not be used.
Claims
All items are sold with a 30-day warranty.
If you wish to make a claim for your item, contact customer service. You will be asked to provide a description of the fault with the item along with clear photos so that we can assist you with the process.
The product warranty covers only original manufacturing defects, meaning faults that were present in the item upon delivery. We will inspect and confirm the manufacturing defect. Depending on the situation, you may be offered free repair, a new item, or a discount. The warranty does not apply if we cannot find the defect in the product or if the damage was caused by you.
